When you use Plyn AI, you must also follow the AI Usage Policy. In particular, you must not:

AI output can be wrong, similar to existing works, or unsuitable. Review it before you use it. You are responsible for what you publish or print.

4. Printing

Packlyn may refuse any quote request or print job, including where we believe the content breaches this policy, infringes someone's rights or would be illegal to print. We may ask you to show that you have permission to print content such as logos, trademarks or photos of people. Printing orders are separate agreements governed by Packlyn's quotation and order terms.

5. Enforcement

We cannot see designs that stay on your computer, and our server does not store your AI descriptions or results. We may review content that is stored with us or sent to us, such as designs saved to your account, uploads, messages and quote requests, when we receive a report, when we handle your print request or message, or when we need to for security or legal reasons.

If we believe this policy has been breached, we may take one or more of these steps, depending on how serious the breach is:

For less serious breaches, we will usually warn you first. We may act immediately for serious breaches, such as sexual content involving minors, threats of violence, fraud or attacks on the Service. Where appropriate, we will tell you what we did and why. If you think we made a mistake, write to us at packlyncanada@gmail.com and we will review our decision.

6. Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, contact us at packlyncanada@gmail.com or through https://packlyn.ca/contact/. Please include:

To report copyright infringement, please follow the process in the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. To report a security problem, email us with "Security" in the subject line and enough detail for us to understand and reproduce it, and please do not share it publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. Our Security and Privacy Contact page explains how we handle reports. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and we will tell you about material changes as described in the Terms of Service.
